

My techniques are combination of long Swedish strokes, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, stretching and overall relaxation.
In my opinion, massage is a modality that should be apart of everyone’s life and routine health regime. Massage and touch deeply support the mind, body and soul of every individual.
